Private Reformer Pilates training in my studio. The benefits of working on the Reformer are endless and it takes your Pilates exercise to the next level. The Reformer can be used for all levels from beginner to highly advanced athletes. The sessions are held in my private studio in La Colle sur Loup on the French Riviera.

Get your tailor-made Pilates training program that we perform together through a digital software. Take the class from wherever you are, from home, when travelling or even from your workplace. All you need is an Internet connection, a computer/tablet or phone and a mat. Classes are available in English and French.
group class
€180/10 sessions
Group classes based on your level and with maximum 8 participants per class. The sessions are Pilates mat classes where we use traditional Pilates equipment as elastics, balls and the magic circle. These mat classes are for all levels. Classes are available in English and French from La Colle sur Loup to Mougins on the French Riviera.

Pilates online group sessions are for all levels. It’s an efficient way of staying in shape. With a different program of movements each session, it will keep you inspired and strong. We do the class together through a digital software that allows me to instruct and follow your movements through the camera. Classes are available in English and French
